Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our Wash/Dry/Fold and Pick-Up and Delivery services are available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We have two convenient locations:
- Jackson: 1012 Old Hickory Blvd., Jackson, TN 38305
- Milan: 2024 W. Van Hook, Milan, TN
Yes.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We have change machines on-site for your convenience.
We offer a variety of washer sizes to accommodate all your laundry needs, from small to extra-large capacity machines.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. We also offer Tide, Gain, All with no additives, Bounce sheets and Downy Softener for an additional fee.
Our Wash/Dry/Fold service is $1.75 per pound with a $35 minimum order.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day.
No we do not.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We do pick-ups Monday through Wednesday with Drop-offs on Thursday between 8am and 5pm.
We charge $2.00 lb. for pickup and delivery service.
Yes. The Minimum order is $35.
Please allow up to 3 days for delivery.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
